Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our multiple restaurant facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs

- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical components

- Maintain and repair restaurant machinery and equipment as needed

- Fabricate or weld parts as necessary

- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing any concerns

- Assist with the coordination of contractors for specialized repairs or projects

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Proficiency in various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Experience with welding and fabrication is highly desirable
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
- Leadership skills to oversee maintenance projects or supervise other team members

This job requires a valid driver's license as well as a reliable vehicle to be able to drive between locations.
